2. You Are a Workshop Attendee or Team Member

You can, as an attendee of a workshop sponsored by your company or team, take the PDI prior to your attending the workshop or team meeting. Your class or meeting manager will assign you a Profile ID.  Before you take the PDI you will register, giving your name and email address and choosing a user ID and password. 

Click here to be transferred to the PDI Site, then choose register. Enter your name and email address, choose a User ID and password and press Register at the bottom of the screen.  Once registered, you will, on the next screen, select "Use a Profile." 

Enter the Profile ID that was assigned by your class or team manager to get access to the PDI Assessment tool.  You will be guided step-by-step through the on-line PDI (steps 1 through 6.)  

An Acrobat pdf document containing the results of your assessment and a written explanation will be downloaded to you, when you request it at the bottom of the screen on step 6. 

Once downloaded, save the document to your computer and print it.  Be sure to take the assessment document with you to the workshop or meeting.
