3. You Are a Workshop Manager or Team Leader

You can, as a Manager or Team Leader, purchase multiple profile codes, one for each of the workshop attendees or members of your team.   

Follow these steps to purchase your Profile Codes:  Before you buy the Profile Codes you will register, giving your name, email address and choosing a User ID and password. 

Click here to be transferred to the PDI Site. Once on the site, choose register. Enter your name and email address, choose a User ID and password and press register at the bottom of the screen.  Once registered, you will, on the next screen, select "Purchase Profile."  Select "Personal Discernment Inventory" and fill in the quantity box to indicate the number of Profile Codes you want to purchase, usually one for each person.  Click "Proceed to Checkout" and complete the billing information.  The cost, $22  per Profile Code, will be charged to your Credit Card.

You will be presented a list of Profile Codes; these are the profile codes that you will distribute to your team or class members. Their prepaid profile code gives them access to the PDI Assessment tool.  Print the list for your records.  

Assign each member of your team or class a profile code, tell them when you want them to take the assessment, and direct them to the www.lmacommunication.com web site.  

After choosing Personal DISC on the menu bar, they will follow the instructions for "If You Are A Workshop Attendee or Team Member," above.  Once they have registered and chosen a password, they will proceed to the next screen and click on Use a Profile.    After entering their Profile ID in the appropriate box, they will be guided step by step through the PDI.
